We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to add significant value to the business by streamlining the customer acquisition process as well as improving both the onboarding and customer success programmes.
You will help to shape and grow the business, being involved in managing customer relationships from the start. With significant growth being the aim over the coming months, it will be your responsibility to manage both potential and existing customers. You will work closely with our Managing Director and our Operations Director on streamlining the customer acquisition process as well as improving both the onboarding and customer success programmes. The role will entail both sales and marketing administrative duties where necessary so any experience within either area would be very useful. This role is designed for someone who wants to have an impact from the start, and confidence in your own ability and a willingness to adapt to different situations is essential as we face new challenges on a regular basis. There will be the need for flexibility, a desire to learn new things and to take initiative where the role allows, as we often end up working on different areas of the business when needed.
Educated to degree level or equivalent
To be a self-starter and someone who wants to continuously better themselves
A basic understanding of software-as-a-service products
Knowledge of basic CRM systems is advantageous
Prior sales and/or marketing experience is beneficial
An interest in joining a growing start-up to have an influential role
An understanding of the energy industry or experience working with energy or facilities managers would be ideal
A desire to change the way people think about sustainability
